My mother-in-law couldn’t hear even when we were 6 inches away and talking loudly directly in her ear. It was so frustrating for not only us, but her, also. The doctor determined it was ear wax and tiny missing parts, cleaned her hearing aids thoroughly on the spot and replaced the parts, and the results were amazing! After she got the wax out of her ears, she is talking and engaging in conversations back to her old self.

I got an appt within 3 days of initial phone call. The office was clean, inviting and very accessible. The hearing specialist greeted me and took my information and was in the exam booth within ten minutes. He was thorough and explained each step. Asked my history, experience and what I wanted. He told me the models, and explained various models. He contacted my previous hearing aids many to find my impressions on file. Contacted insurance to make sure I wasn't being overcharged. I would recommend R. Moore to anyone needing hearing aids.

Rodger Moore did my hearing test and explained it fully so I could understand why my I couldn’t hear very well and the difference between the right and left ear. Then he explained the difference in hearing aids so well that I had no doubt about which hearing aids to buy right then. After the hearing aids came in he fit them to my ears and explained how to put them in and how to charge them at night. He set my IPhone up to control my hearing aids to what sounds best for the environment I’m in. I could hear loud and clear immediately. It was amazing. I no longer talk to loud or turn the TV up loud anymore. Rodger had been in the business 30 years and is extremely knowledgeable. He’s very nice and patient to make sure you understand everything you need to know to love the new hearing aids you purchase and he doesn’t try to sell you the most expensive pair they sell. He tells you what types will work best for you then you decide what to buy. I’m very glad that’s where I went to get my hearing tested and buy the hearing aids. Over the counter hearing aids don’t do anything but screach and don’t work right to left no matter how much you try to adjust them. If you want clear hearing aids and a great hearing test go see Rodger. You will be glad you did.

Very impressed with my visit, wished I had came here a long time ago. No room full of other customers or overbooking & you have to wait. They checked my ears & was able to show me how the inside of my ears looks & where wax was on computer, where most places just do a quick check for their eyes only Roger was great explaining anything I Asked & even told me to read aloud to myself would help my speech recognition Which I had never had anyone one tell me & I have seen several specialists & other hearing aid places in the last 30 years. I plan to go back anytime I need more hearing aid products or service
