Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment for a hearing test but unfortunately needed to see my ENT first. Lori is the nicest person and went over all my insurance information so I knew what to expect when I see her again. Definitely recommend this location.

My Mother was fiercely independent until her stroke in 2020, which damaged her speech. This is made worse by her loquaciousness. The staff at Lowry are always incredibly patient with her even when she wants something that no longer exists. I am grateful they try so hard to work with her and look out for her best interests while trying to make her happy and as independent as possible. Good hearing is especially important for someone her age to keep her connected to the world outside.
