The gentleman who did my hearing test was very kind, and polite. After the test, he explained everything to me, told me what I couldn’t hear suggested the hearing aids that my insurance would only pay for and tell me that they were decent hearing aids. He didn’t try to upsell me with his. It was just really nice comfortable session with him.

I appreciate the attention that was given by Scott. I felt he was knowledgeable about hearing needs and the product he was allowed to show me. I was disappointed that he was not allowed to show me different manufacturers brand of hearing aids. Apparently if you connect through a third party vendor then the hearing aid specialist is not allowed to show you other devices that might even be less expensive. For that reason I was somewhat disappointed.

Scott was very thorough in his testing and explanations about the choice of hearing aid variance and pricing. He was personable and very kind. Economy does the audiology testing and contracts to do long-term overview of any issues with the product, but the product comes from the manufacturer. Once it arrives, Scott does the fitting to your ears. I have confidence in Scott. He helped me make the right choice.

I just moved back to Tulsa and was having problems with my hearing aids. Lowery Hearing was close to where I live so I went to their website and sent a message explaining my problem. I was completely blown away when they responded immediately and got me set up with an appointment the next day. They figured out the problem and are in the process of having it fixed. It didn’t matter that I didn’t buy my hearing aids from them. Roger Moore is the technician who helped me. Super nice guy! I totally recommend them! I’m happy to become a loyal customer!

Brent and his team are Fantastic! My mom was NOT a fan of needing hearing aids. I knew it was time when the smart TV had to be on sound level 35 - 40 for her to hear it and I had to repeat almost everything I said. Long story less long, Brent made her feel at ease. The team there are so patient, with a jovial spirit. Although the nature of better hearing is important, we had several laughs along the way! I recommend Economy Hearing, hands down!!
