Scott was very thorough in his testing and explanations about the choice of hearing aid variance and pricing. He was personable and very kind. Economy does the audiology testing and contracts to do long-term overview of any issues with the product, but the product comes from the manufacturer. Once it arrives, Scott does the fitting to your ears. I have confidence in Scott. He helped me make the right choice.

Upon my arrival I was greeted very personal and friendly, I was made to feel like they were glad I had finally made it after going to forward an instructor to come back. The receptionist made me feel comfortable with the questions, she made sure I understood them and we proceeded. It was a great experience. She explained everything as she went.
