I appreciate the attention that was given by Scott. I felt he was knowledgeable about hearing needs and the product he was allowed to show me. I was disappointed that he was not allowed to show me different manufacturers brand of hearing aids. Apparently if you connect through a third party vendor then the hearing aid specialist is not allowed to show you other devices that might even be less expensive. For that reason I was somewhat disappointed.

I absolutely love my new hearing aids and am so very thankful for all of the advancements in hearing aid technology . I met with David for the breakdown of my hearing loss and he was very precise and thorough in his explanation of what was going on and his options for me . They were spot on for what I wanted to spend and Lori who programmed me for my new ears was so very helpful in being able to explain all of the fancy features included . All in all I would have to say it’s wonderful to hear the birds sing again . Thanks

My insurance company uses True Hearing. I wasn’t allowed to make my own appointment & was told Laurie would be there. True Hearing also told me the test was maybe 30 minutes so an 9 AM appt would have me out & on my way, in plenty of time to make a class at 10 AM. My mom saw Laurie at Economy many times for years & always amazing. Today I found out Laurie is fully retired. I saw Brandon who was a pleasure & very sweet. He did the testing and looked in my ears, read the tests and share lots of information. Missed Laurie, But very Happy with her replacement, Brandon. I will return when I need to be tested again! Very Happy with today’s visit. Thank you Brandon
